Greg McCall has been appointed International and Trade Manager
for Barclays Business in the Midlands.
Greg, who has eleven years experience within the SME arena, will
work within the Barclays Business team who specialise in working
with small and medium sized companies with a turnover of up to
£5 million.
Greg joins existing Manager John Sharpe and will be responsible
for helping Midlands businesses consider expanding into
international markets.
Commenting on his appointment, Greg said: "I am delighted to be
moving into this role which provides me with an opportunity to work
with our network of business managers and their customers to
discuss the possibilities of expanding their business into
international markets. In this difficult economic climate, many
businesses don't know if they should be expanding, contracting or
sitting tight and often need a sounding board to discuss their
options. But one thing for certain is that SMEs are crucial to the
UK economy, and at Barclays Business we are working hard to support
our customer's aspirations and business growth."
Greg is married with two children and enjoys mountain biking,
golf and holidays.
