Wells McFarlane, one of the East Midlands leading firms of
commercial property managers and chartered surveyors, has let two
units at one of the county's most prestigious rural office parks to
start-up business Momentum Broker Solutions Ltd.
Momentum chose to relocate to Narborough Wood Park after
searching for a location that would be easily accessible from the
motorway network, provide an insprirational working environment and
facilitate the future expansion of the business. After finding the
business park online, Momentum contacted Wells McFarlane who
represented the landlord and co-ordinated the deal between the
parties.
