The Nottingham office of national law firm Gateley has cemented
its position as a specialist in employment litigation following an
extension of its panel appointment to the Treasury Solicitor's
Department. The department is the largest provider of legal
services across government, working with over 180 government
departments and agencies.
Following a competitive tendering process, Gateley was one of
only a handful of firms to be appointed to cover specialist
litigation on behalf of the Treasury Solicitor the Midlands and mid
Wales regions. The firm is well placed to offer legal advice on the
full range of human resource and employment issues covering
day-to-day HR and strategic policy development through to planning,
training, tribunal representation, TUPE and transactional
advice.
