A local firm of leading property specialists has been commended
for its dedication to quality services in two categories at a key
industry event.
Shropshire-based Nock Deighton was shortlisted for both 'Best
Block Management' and 'Best Small Midlands Lettings Agency' at the
prestigious Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
The awards, which are backed by both The Times and The Sunday
Times newspapers, were announced during a ceremony held last month
at the Lancaster Hotel, London, which was hosted by double Olympic
gold medal winner Dame Kelly Holmes.
Dawn Clarke, Director of Nock Deighton, and Head of Lettings and
Property Management for the firm, commented: "We are delighted
that, out of several hundred entrants, our commitment to providing
quality services has been nationally recognised - especially as
competition was particularly fierce this year, with an increase in
the number of entrants by almost a third compared with last year's
awards.
"To be shortlisted and commended at such a pivotal industry
event in not just one, but two distinct categories is a terrific
achievement, and is testament to the commitment and passion of the
entire Nock Deighton team in providing quality services across
Shropshire."
Founded in 1831, Nock Deighton is one of the Midlands' most
well-established and respected firms of estate agents, lettings
agents, chartered surveyors, block management agents, and
auctioneers. The company stands at the forefront of the modern
property sector by embracing up-to-the-minute technology and
industry best practice, and has a firm focus on achieving the very
best results through a full range of specialist property-related
services and dedicated staff.
