Landmark destination The Cube has unveiled its newest
self-contained office suites by hosting an exclusive first-look
event for local property agents.
Located on level eight of the iconic building, the
self-contained office suites range from 1,500 - 8,000 sq ft, giving
local and national firms the opportunity to work within the
impressive scheme.
The office suites are all CAT A rated, with The Cube itself
holding a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating with an Energy Performance
Certificate rating B.
Neil Edginton, director at The Cube, adds: "We have companies of

design of our office space we're able to offer units as small as
1,500 sq ft.

suites, taking 2,400 square foot earlier this year. Gareth Tyler,
Technical Consultant for IBI, comments: "It was important for us to
