Director of Executive Education at Aston Business School, Cora
Lynn Heimer Rathbone, has teamed up with Birmingham Future to
deliver an inspiring seminar for Birmingham's up and coming young
professional talent.
The last in the three part series takes place at 6pm on 12 July
and will see Cora Lynn share her expertise on the subject of
'receptivity to change'. She will give Birmingham's bright young
professionals advice on how to realise their corporate ambitions by
proactively reacting to changes in not only their direct working
environment, but the local economy and business landscape.
Before joining Aston Business School - which has been educating
the people of Birmingham for over 60 years - Cora Lynn spent seven
years as the Executive Development Director at the Cranfield School
of Management and is a published author on executive development
and strategic planning.
Usually charging from £2,000 - £10,000 for her
courses, Birmingham Future is offering this taster session at a
fraction of the cost - £25 for members and £35 for
non-members.
Darren Walker, Chair of Birmingham Future, said: "As change is
an issue that all organisations have to overcome, successful
businesses must continually reinvent themselves to stay ahead of
the game. This seminar will give people the chance to take part in
thought-provoking discussions and provide managers, executives and
future leaders with the tools to adapt quickly to change - turning
it into a positive to help drive their organisations forward.
"Cora Lynn is a well-known and highly respected business expert
in the region and the previous two seminars have proven to be
extremely popular with members and non-members alike. We expect
this grand finale to be just as successful given the very relevant
subject matter to professional and creative organisations in these
challenging times."
