Stourbridge based law firm, Wall James Chappell, teamed up with Origin Financial and Standard Life to run a seminar aimed at helping people protect their wealth. The seminar was held at the picturesque location of Dunsley Hall Hotel near Kinver.

James Rousell, a partner in the private client department of the firm, commented "The seminar focused on the threats and opportunities faced by individuals and business owners who have worked hard throughout their lives and who seek advice on how to plan their finances and retirement. Areas such as protecting your wealth and securing income in retirement were covered aswell as understanding the new pension and retirement rules." Members of the Wall James Chappell team including partners Susannah Griffiths and James Rousell, together with Ian Lloyd of Origin Financial and Steve Mitchell of Standard Life also explained the importance of having a will in place for inheritance tax planning and long term care.

The legal and financial seminar was interactive and also included a buffet lunch in the splendid grounds of Dunsley Hall Hotel. It is hoped that the guests enjoyed the seminar but at the same time took away valuable advice and a better knowledge of how to protect their wealth. Further seminars will be held in the future and attendance is free and on a no obligation basis. If you are interested in finding out more or require legal advice contact James Rousell of Wall James Chappell.
