Birmingham's landmark destination, The Cube, will host an
exclusive first-look event on 22 June to launch its second phase of
new apartments to come to market in 2011.
Guests who reserve a place at the event will also have the
opportunity to meet renowned architect Ken Shuttleworth of Make
Architects, who designed The Cube. Ken will be discussing
Birmingham's ongoing architectural transformation, and the role
that buildings such as The Cube have to play in the city.
Neil Edginton, director at The Cube, comments: "The launch of
our first phase of apartments was hugely successful, with
back-to-back viewings arranged resulting in almost all of the first
phase being sold out. This high-level of interest is why we decided
to hold a dedicated event to launch the second phase so soon,
giving people an exclusive opportunity to view our stylish offering
and find out more about the fantastic benefits of living within
this iconic scheme."
With limited availability for the residential launch event,
potential purchasers should call 0121 654 9400 or email
info@thecube.co.uk to reserve their place.
The unique geometric design of The Cube means that no two
properties are the same. Each apartment also includes a designer
kitchen by Poggenpohl, appliances by Bosch and bathroom fittings by
Villeroy & Boch and Grohe. Properties in the East Wing are
designed exclusively for owner occupiers whilst the West Wing is
open to buy-to-let investors.
In addition to the luxury apartments, residents at The Cube will
also have access to a 24-hour concierge service, fully automated
car park and an exceptional retail and leisure offering.
Construction for the Marco Pierre White restaurant, Hotel Indigo's
boutique hotel and Spa is currently underway and The Cube has just
announced plans to launch a Private Members Club and Bar - a
luxurious venue offering members unrivalled entertainment,
relaxation and an open-air terrace overlooking the canal. Residents
will benefit from the exclusive offers to these facilities,
including complimentary membership to the Marco Pierre White VIP
club.
Neil Edginton explains: "The Cube's residential apartments are
the pinnacle of city living. The quality of design is unparralled,
and with The Cube's growing fine dining and retail offering, anyone
looking for exclusive living need look no further."
Associate lawyer Sam Tibbetts, who recently moved into a one
bedroom apartment at The Cube, adds: "I wanted to be somewhere that
was at the centre of everything and had a certain atmosphere about
it, so when I heard The Cube was going to be a mixed-used building,
with a restaurant, retail space, hotel, offices, spa, gym and
residential apartments, it sounded like the perfect
location."
Prices at The Cube start from £115,000 for studio
apartments, and £140,000 for one bedroom apartments.
