The Aldridge branch of leading heating and plumbing merchant
Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS), is celebrating an incredibly
successful charity evening where £1,900 was raised for the
NSPCC.
250 members of the local community filled Lichfield Rugby Club
on Saturday 21st May for an evening of games, music, food and live
entertainment. The charity evening marks three years of fundraising
on behalf of the NSPCC for PTS Aldridge, bringing the grand total
raised to an outstanding £10,500.
Mark Wallis, Branch Manager of PTS Aldridge and event organiser,
commented:
"The evening was a complete success with fundraisers of all ages
turning out to join in the fun. Guests played stand-up bingo and
ran a number of raffles, with live music provided by local band
'Blind Camber'.
"The team at PTS Aldridge would like to say a massive thank you
to everyone that bought a ticket and made the evening a really
memorable event. We're also incredibly grateful to all of the local
companies that generously donated a great choice of raffle prizes
including video cameras, mobile phones and sat navs."
