Leading global provider of web transactional systems, East
Midlands-based Jadu, is celebrating becoming an Investor in
People.
The Leicester company specialises in the design and development
of enterprise wide websites, intranets and extranets and powers
hundreds of government and private sector organisations across the
world. It has been working with the team at emb-x Ltd, the
Investors in People Centre responsible for covering Central
England.

Investment in the best
Investors in People has acted as a framework that has helped the
company deliver changes in recent months. These developments
include investment in a £1.5m purpose made Global
Headquarters named 'Universe House' based in Leicester for its
engineering and professional services personnel.

In order to become an Investor in People Jadu had to demonstrate
best practice, people management and personal development. The
Assessor's report identified several areas of particular strength
for Jadu including its strong vision and direction, the motivation
and enthusiasm of the Jadu team, the range of talent within the
company and the systems and processes in place. "We were delighted
to achieve The Standard," adds Suraj. "As a company, we strive for
continuous improvement and are committed to building on our
strengths and investing in our people as we continue to grow and
develop."
