A Stafford car dealership undergoing a £1 million facelift has a new dealer principal to steer it through the completion of the redevelopment.

Knights BMW has appointed Anthony Masterson to head up the Radford Bank dealership, which is currently undergoing  a massive facelift scheduled for completion  in July.

Anthony, 35,  joins the Stafford MINI and BMW dealership from Knights BMW Stoke, where he worked for seven years, most recently as sales director.

He is looking forward to the new opportunities the investment will create for the dealership and its staff and customers.

"It's an incredibly exciting time to be taking up the reins in Stafford, as work on the renovation of the dealership is almost complete," he said.

"The last twelve months have been a period of significant change for the business and I am looking forward to leading the team at the new look site to make sure our customers for both MINI and BMW enjoy the best possible experience."

The investment at the Radford Bank dealership has created brand new showrooms for BMW and MINI together with dedicated service reception areas for the two brands.

Customers will be able to enjoy a coffee at the Knights BMW Starbucks in an enlarged customer lounge with Playstations to keep the children happy.

The extra display space will accommodate up to 11 cars and has an indoor handover area, allowing customers to drive their new and used cars out of the showroom.

The dealership will also have a dedicated bodyshop reception desk, as well as new staff offices and canteen facilities and car parking has been extended on site to ensure there is plenty of space for  customers.

Anthony, who lives in nearby Bednall with his wife and family,  is looking to getting feedback on the new development from customers.

"We are grateful to all of our loyal customers who have continued to visit the dealership throughout the development, which we hope we have managed with minimum disruption," he said.

"Now we are looking forward to the final work being completed and to welcoming all our customers into the dealership to have a closer look and of course a coffee at our Starbucks."
