Minworth Trade Park is now, arguably, the fastest growing trade park in the UK following a further two lettings and the completion of the latest phase of 47,000 sq ft.

With the latest phase ,known as C and G Block, of 10 units completed , Peter Posh, Formal Suit Hire, the family run Shropshire based company have signed up for a new trade unit of 3,445 sq ft. Elsewhere on the estate Susie Watson Designs have taken a warehouse unit of 6,120 sq ft to distribute their handmade "home" products.

Chris Williams of Peter Posh Formal Suit Hire explained "We were extremely impressed with the location and prestige of Minworth Trade Park. We supply over 400 independent retail shops all over the UK and our new Minworth unit will assist in this process."

Minworth Trade Park now totals approximately 250,000 sq ft in 35 units and is already home to major occupiers such as Magnet, Screw Fix, City Plumbing, Howdens and Plumb Center.

Ian Rhodes of Susie Watson Designs said: "We have grown our business from a small gallery in Notting Hill to one where we have five shops and an expanding web based business.  Minworth's location is ideal for supplying our products UK wide with its unrivalled accessibility to the national motorway network."

Alex Luker of CBRE Investors commented: "Minworth Trade Park is going from strength to strength. We let over 25,000 sq ft last year and this letting at the latest phase on practical completion shows our confidence to expand the Trade Park was justified.  Peter Posh has helped to widen our mix of tenants whilst Susie Watson Designs shows that our location in the centre of the UK is a major draw. Our agents Harris Lamb and Colliers International are close to securing more occupiers."
