Following a surge of interest from homebuyers, Miller Homes East Midlands has announced the launch of a dedicated marketing suite at The Vales in Bingham.

Visitors to The Vales will now be able to view full plans for the development, pick up a brochure and chat to Miller Homes sales advisor Joyce Thompson about the options available when it comes to buying a new property.

The award-winning housebuilder has attributed the increase in interest to the fact that it is able to offer the Government-backed HomeBuy Direct (HBD) scheme on selected plots at the development.

The scheme offers those buyers who qualify the chance to purchase 100 per cent of a new property by paying only 70 per cent of the value up front. The remaining 30 per cent is equally funded by Miller Homes and the Government, becoming repayable after 25 years or when the customer sells their home, whichever comes first.

Among the limited number of properties offered via the HBD scheme at The Vales is the two-bedroom Cavendish-style apartment, which is usually priced at £99,950, but available via HBD from £69,965.

Paul continued: "One of the top reasons that many people give for not having bought their first home is that they haven't got enough saved for a deposit. However, this Cavendish-style apartment is available through HBD with a deposit of just £3,499."
