A British logistics company that provides international
transport management services for freight lanes in over 30
countries worldwide has moved to new offices in Leicestershire to
accommodate the company's expansion.
3t which also has subsidiary offices in Paris and Spain, has
relocated its European headquarters to Enderby, a few miles south
west of Leicester city centre near the M1and M69 intersection. The
new premises are three times larger than the previous offices to
house the company's 50 staff and continuing expansion.
Established in 2001, the company's growth strategy has seen the
recent addition of two new staff as well as an internal promotion.
The expansion is expected to create somewhere in the region of 15
new jobs in the area.
Managing Director Steve Twydell is delighted by the company's
success and its new premises. "This relocation will enable us to
meet our high growth targets and establish 3t as a leading
logistics service provider in Europe. Our new offices are in an
ideal location, centrally based for all areas of the UK," he
comments. "As well as helping our customers to reduce their
transport costs, the government has set ambitious carbon
trading/reduction targets which we are helping a wide range of
companies in different industries to meet."
3t simplify the logistics process through the use of their multi
mode transportation management system, Global Carriage Manager. The
company enable their clients to minimise transport costs by
reducing waste in the supply chain and manage around €50
million of transport activity annually. Their client portfolio
consists of many household names including JCB and Linpac
Packaging.

strengthen our team of transport management experts," comments
Steve. Sean Armstrong joins 3t as the company's new Customer
Services Manager as part of the expansion strategy whilst Fabian
Burel has been appointed as the Carrier Manager for Europe and
Rachel Armstrong has been promoted to the role of UK General
Manager.
