Stratford-upon-Avon-based Lodders Solicitors has appointed two
new partners to the practice.
Paul Mourton and Louise Igoe will bring the partnership up to 19
partners in a total of 94 staff.
Announcing the move senior partner David Lodder said: "Both have
made major contributions to the development of our firm. They are
hard-working, talented and well deserve their promotion.
"Our staff are very important to us and I am delighted that Paul
and Louise have seen their efforts rewarded. Our aim is to combine
technical ingenuity and thoughtful advice with a pragmatic approach
to problem solving, and they are good examples of this. I am
confident they will make a significant contribution to the
direction and development of our business going forward."
Mr Mourton is a member of the Real Estate team. He joined
Lodders in 2008 from Charles Russell in Cheltenham. He specialises
in property investment and development, in both the residential and
commercial spheres, acting for a variety of individuals, owner
managed and multi-national companies.
Mrs Igoe specialises in Private Client work. She is experienced
in estate administration, wills, trusts and tax planning with
particular emphasis on farming and agricultural clients. She is a
member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and
joined Lodders in 2003. Lodders is one of the top private client
firms in the Midlands.Mr Mourton said: "It is a privilege and an

Gill Coombs is appointed an Associate on the same day.A legal
executive in the firm's Henley-in-Arden office in the Private
Client Department, she handles wills, administration of estates,
inheritance tax planning, living wills and lasting powers of
attorney.Private client work has formed the core of the Lodders
business for 150 years - other main areas of work include property,
business and agriculture.
