Expanding businesses are being encouraged to stop off at Kelvin Way Trading Estate, West Bromwich, to see the last remaining modern industrial and warehouse units.

Its latest bus advertising campaign could be just the ticket for driving potential occupiers to this prime industrial location close to the M5, which has already lured leading companies including Reliant Products, Safety-Kleen, Joseph Joseph and Wilts Wholesale Electrical.

Refurbished units ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft are now available to let with generous incentives on the 49-unit trading estate, which is situated on the A4182 Kelvin Way just one mile southwest of junction 1 of the M5.

Close to the south of West Bromwich town centre and half a mile from Sandwell and Dudley railway station, the estate features advanced security with CCTV, security fencing and automated gates, plus allocated parking for staff and visitors.

Totalling 279,318 sq ft, Kelvin Way Trading Estate is being marketed by the Oldbury office of Black Country property consultants Bulleys and joint agents Harris Lamb.

Adam Priest, senior surveyor at Bulleys, said: "The estate has proved hugely popular with a wide range of businesses including manufacturers, government departments and storage operators for its location and high level of security offered.

"Much of its on-going success is based on the fact that tenants benefit from quality accommodation at a highly competitive rate."

The high quality environment was a deciding factor for Reliant Products Limited explains managing director John Allen.

"We needed larger premises and were immediately impressed by the quality of accommodation at Kelvin Way Trading Estate. Its location and environment suits our customers and it came with a competitive price tag.

"We've already expanded on the site and taken new units to accommodate our growth."

Generous incentives are being offered with rents being available from £1 per sq ft subject to terms and conditions.
