Industrial agents from across the West Midlands have raised over
£1,500 for Birmingham Children's Hospital at their end of
year event.
Over 80 guests attended the annual Industrial Agents Society
(IAS) party held at The Ropewalk in St Pauls Square, Birmingham,
which was sponsored by Prologis, SEGRO, First Industrial, Opus
Land, Hollywood Monster and Gazeley.
Funds raised from ticket sales and a raffle will be used by
Birmingham Children's Hospital to improve and upgrade facilities
and services within its operating theatres.
John Sambrooks, Associate Director at DTZ in Birmingham and IAS
Committee Member, commented: "Each year the IAS selects a local
charity to support and we are delighted to donate this year's funds
to Birmingham Children's Hospital."
Fidelis Hynam, Business Development Manager at Birmingham
Children's Hospital, added: it is fantastic to have the support of
the Industrial Agents Society. Their donation is going to our
theatre's fund to upgrade the facilities for parents and staff, so
it will make a really positive impact. We can't thank them
enough!'
