A Midlands based company, which has seen phenomenal growth in
clients, is in the running for a top business award.
The Litigation Advice Bureau Ltd has been shortlisted for an
award in the Black Country Asian Business Association Business
Awards (BCABA).
The company, which was launched in March 2010, is up for the
Business Start-Up Award category, after seeing both their client
base and caseload soar from zero to over 100 live matters, in just
12 months. They are currently receiving, on average, six new cases
per week.
The award is aimed at celebrating Asian businesses, which have
been trading for between nine and 12 months and can demonstrate
success and growth, creating jobs and wealth for the future.
The Litigation Advice Bureau Ltd was started by the founding
Director and Head of Litigation, Mr Bobby Kanth, but has now been
joined by a plethora of new consultants, each specialising in
different areas of litigation.
These include Mr Tejpal Singh Jhite, Mr Matthew Stapleton, Miss
Mahmoona Parveen, with additional consultants due to join soon. Mr
Kanth said the company offers an impressive collection of legal
experts, explaining:
"Our service is simple; to provide quality assistance to
individuals and businesses, concerning their litigation matters, at
a fixed price that is affordable and reflective in today's economic
climate. We offer monthly payment plans to clients, in order to
assist them with their budget.
"We are thrilled to be in the running for the award, and it's a
clear recognition of our strength and continuing success since we
started last year", he added.
The Black Country Asian Business Association Awards recognises
the achievements of individuals and companies from across the Black
Country. There are six award categories, in addition to overall
Business of the Year Award.
The awards embrace businesses of all sectors and will be
presented at the prestigious BCABA annual dinner, which will take
place on Friday June 17th, at the Copthorne Hotel, in Dudley Water
Front.
