National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton
(LSH) is celebrating a quartet of promotions in its
Birmingham-based Midlands team.
Andy Gowthorpe, who was an associate director in LSH's Building
Consultancy, is promoted to Director in the same team. He joined
LSH in 2004 and has 13 years experience working on both the client
side and in private practice. He has considerable experience in
contract administration, project management, building and
pre-acquisition surveys, and dilapidations.
Also in LSH's Building Consultancy, Joanne Matthews is promoted
from Senior Surveyor to Associate Director. Joanne joined as a
Senior Surveyor in 2007. She specialises in pre-acquisition
surveys, party walls and building reinstatement cost assessments
for insurance purposes. Over the last year Joanne has acted on
dilapidations claims in excess of £1.75 million.
John Bird, who was a Senior Surveyor in the LSH Commercial
Property Management Team, becomes an Associate Director in that
team. He joined LSH in 2004 and is responsible for the property
asset management of a number of diverse portfolios of commercial
properties throughout the Midlands.
Mark Weller, who was an Associate Director in LSH's Valuation
team, is promoted to Director in the same team. Mark has worked in
the Valuations department since 2002 and has played a role in its
substantial growth. He has more than 10 years experience in the
commercial sector acting for both public and private clients.
