The managed IT services company is forecasting a 25% growth in
revenue
Midlands-based managed IT services business Netshield Limited,
has begun a major recruitment drive at the same time as announcing
a three percent growth in annual revenue and a projected 25 percent
growth in turnover for the next twelve months.
Based in Aldridge, Netshield has recruited Tiffany Leung as UK
Sales & Marketing Assistant and Sophie Loor as European
Marketing Research Assistant.
Both join the company in new roles created to support
Netshield's global and UK expansion strategy, that includes the
addition of a further six recruits to new positions across its
UK-based Business Development and Technical Delivery teams.
As UK Sales & Marketing Assistant,Tiffany, a Birmingham City
University business and marketing graduate, will work with
Netshield's Business Development Managers at the company's UK head
office, supporting key clients and developing new marketing
collateral.
Belgian-born Sophie, an International Trade graduate from
College EPHEC Brussels is fluent in French, English and Dutch. She
will work alongside Netshield's Commercial Director Richard Carty,
who is spearheading the company's European and global
expansion.
Richard comments: "We have secured a significant number of new
contracts for IT managed services and infrastructure work since the
start of 2011. This has helped boost our turnover for the last
12-months and has given us a great start to the new financial year,
which we anticipate will see a further 25 percent increase in
turnover. Based on the recent and projected upturn in sales, and
specifically the rapidly growing interest in our specialist IT
services, we need to add resource and grow our team.
"Netshield is also a significant way towards securing a new
contract with a European based organisation, which should be
confirmed in the next two months," adds Richard.
"Indeed interest in our IT managed services has grown
significantly not only here in the UK, but significantly across our
European contacts and partnerships, and we are predicting another
rise in revenue over the coming 12-months, particularly when taking
into account the growth we are predicting in the pan-European
market.
"As Netshield continues expansion and team growth, the company
needs additional resource from our marketing function. Both Tiffany
and Sophie bring a fresh approach to this specialist side of our
business, and quite different skill sets. In particular, Sophie's
language skills will prove invaluable as we continue to develop our
European markets."
