Barclays has appointed a new Branch Manager to take the helm at
its Oadby town centre branch.
Damian Mortimer, who has taken up his new position, has worked
for Barclays for six years and has a wealth of experience in the
retail sector. He started his career at Barclays back in 2004 as a
cashier at Thurmaston branch and then progressed onto counter
manager and then personal banker positions before moving onto a
branch manager role, which he has been undertaking for the last two
years at Enderby branch.
Commenting on his appointment, Damian said: "I am excited by the
challenges that lie ahead. My main objective is to lead the team to
ensure that we offer excellent customer service to our customers in
and around the Oadby area."
"As part of my drive to improve customer service, I am planning
to have more business partners present during the week, including -
Premier Relationship Manager, Alison Johnson; Mortgage
Adviser, Rita Patel; and Local Business Advisors Robert Plant and
Harminder Kooner.''
