National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton
(LSH) has appointed Cris Maxim as Director of the Birmingham-based
Industrial Agency and Logistics team. Cris returns to LSH after an
absence of five years.
Cris was previously a partner at King Sturge and has spent the
last year undertaking consultancy work on behalf of his own clients
at KGA. He has more than 20 years experience in the West Midlands
industrial property market and acts for a broad range of clients
including occupiers, developers, funds, property companies and
Government bodies.
He said: "It's nice to be back at LSH and to re-acquaint myself
with many former clients, and colleagues. We have an excellent team
and the Industrial Department alone transacted 1.3 million sq ft
last year. We intend to build on this base."
Cris lives in Bewdley and enjoys rugby. He is also a supporter
of the Gurkha Welfare Trust and embarked on a trek of the Himalayas
last year to open a school house built with funds raised by charity
founded by his father.
