Highcross has let a 16,564 sq ft warehouse unit at its Old Dalby Business Park, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, to Toyota Material Handling UK.

Toyota Material Handling UK has expanded its fleet management centre, which it operates from the site. The centre, which is responsible for preparing and refurbishing all used Toyota and BT equipment, has grown in size in order to meet the increased demand for used equipment and short term rental.

Highcross has let the unit to Toyota Material Handling UK on a seven-year lease. The 39-acre Old Dalby Business Park is located within easy reach of Leicester, Nottingham and Loughborough, and provides a wide range of manufacturing and warehouse space, from 16,000 sq ft to 102,000 sq ft.

Among the facilities are secure gated entrance and barriers, on-site estate manager and CCTV, plus cafe and meeting room for occupiers.

Highcross asset manager, Joe Curlett comments: "Toyota Material Handling is one of our major occupiers at the Park, and its decision to take further space here also underlines the benefits of Old Dalby's location and the flexible, competitively-priced business space available."

Agents for Old Dalby Business Park are Andrew and Ashwell.
