Tong Peal Engineering is exhibiting its latest range of farm and
pack house equipment at Cereals 2011.
The UK's leading designer and manufacturer of agricultural
handling and sorting equipment will be showcasing a number of new
products from its 2011 range including its market leading grading
machine - the Caretaker 2011 and the latest model of its popular
EasyFill box filler.
The Caretaker 2011 has been designed with high levels of
efficiency, productivity, and gentle handling in mind. It can be
fully customized to suit individual requirements and includes an
infeed hopper, presentation conveyor, cleaning system, easy grade
screen module and an inspection area.
The latest model of Tong Peal's EasyFill box filler is now
manufactured with linear actuators controlling lowerators to reduce
maintenance and improve efficiency. It also comes with a new
easy-to-use pictorial control panel and Tong Peal's unique
'doorstop' belt with rubber 'fingers' for the gentlest handling of
crop.
On its stand B302, Tong Peal will also be showcasing the
Caretaker 2011 Compact, which offers the same high quality features
as the Caretaker 2011, but on a smaller scale, helping to meet the
demands of medium and smaller growers.
"Our product range has grown dramatically and we are looking
forward to showcasing our latest products this year at Cereals,"
says Nick Woodcock, sales manager at Tong Peal
Engineering.
"We have taken on board feedback from our customers and clients
to help create our most technologically advanced machines ever,
designed with the highest levels of ease of use, efficiency and
reliability in mind."
