presentation.
The seminar will look at typical redundancy problems, related
issues such as employees on maternity leave, re-deployment
opportunities and 'bumping'of roles, followed by restructuring
matters, innovative changes to working patterns, annualised hours
and flexible working. The thorny issues around reviewing and
rationalising employments terms and conditions to meet changing
business needs will also be discussed.
The event is free and specially tailored for senior HR
professionals and key decision makers from companies of all sizes.
Presentations will be made by Kimbra Welch, Johanne Cosgrove and
John Palmer. The seminar will be rounded off with a question and
answer session.
