Staffordshire law firm, Ansons Solicitors is continuing to
expand its commercial property arm with new appointments to the
team in Cannock.
Louise Richardson and Gail Wedge joined Ansons' Cannock office
as solicitor and secretary respectively earlier this year. Louise
will be involved in negotiating commercial leases, sales and
purchases of commercial properties, lease renewals, development
work, lease assignments and re-financing work. Gail will
provide expert secretarial support.
Sarah Popp a partner at Ansons, and head of the commercial
property team in Cannock said: "I moved to the Cannock office in
2009 to focus on developing and implementing our long-term strategy
and expansion plans for the commercial property division. I am
happy to say that over that time we have been able to grow and
recruit to meet the increased demand. Investing in key personnel at
the right time has helped us to continue to strive for growth and
to be the leading full service law firm within the region.
"Louise is a talented commercial property solicitor and Gail has
over twenty-five years' worth of secretarial experience. They are
both valuable additions and I wish them well for their futures with
Ansons."
"Ansons has an excellent reputation in all its areas of
expertise and particularly so for its commercial property advice. I
am excited about the challenges that lie ahead and in contributing
to the continued success of the team", commented Louise
Richardson.
Ansons' commercial property operation is highly regarded and is
one of the key areas in which the firm is recognised by Legal 500,
the independent legal directory of the leading 500 UK law firms. In
Lichfield the department is headed by experienced commercial
property partner Simon James, where it too has expanded recently
recruiting solicitor Laura Raby.
