Puddings fans are being urged to indulge their sweet tooth and
tuck into an amazing array of desserts at the next meeting of
Birmingham's Pudding Club.
Pudding fans can tuck into a choice of eight puddings at the
scrumptious event on June 16th which is hosted by Redcliffe
Catering at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
Pudding fan and host for the evening Jason Pritchett is looking
forward to welcoming guests to the evening, which has become
increasingly popular with foodies from across the country.
"Our pudding club is perfect for everyone who loves to tuck into
a sweet, whether it's traditional puddings like Spotted Dick or
newer classics like banoffee pie," he said.
"The evening begins with a Pimms reception, followed by a light
main course, before guests make their selection from the eight
puddings on offer.
"And to match the fantastic puddings we will be sampling three
dessert wines which will be matched with their perfect partner
pudding.
"It's a great chance for food fans to enjoy an amazing night of
desserts, in the fantastic surroundings of the Botanical
Gardens."
The Pudding Club began in 2009 and has grown to a thriving club
which attracts more than 70 people to each event, which are held on
a quarterly basis.
"Every Pudding Club features a different selection of desserts,
which are themed to reflect the time of year, so this event's menu
has been heavily influenced by seasonal summer fruit," said
Jason.
"But we will also be asking people what pudding they would like
to see on the menu for the next club meeting, which will be held in
September, just in time for some back to school puddings!"

Redcliffe Catering manages events, conferencing and banqueting
at Birmingham's Botanical Garden and the Centennial Centre
and at The Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa.
