Octavian, the firm renowned for its provision of security services, is getting tough on household grime by launching a new residential cleaning division.

The multi-award winning company already provides commercial and industrial cleaning services as part of its facilities management offering. Now, following its success, Octavian is expanding into the residential market, choosing Nottinghamshire as its launch location.

Octavian Cleaning will offer a range of bespoke services, including a full array of domestic chores, using the latest equipment and environmentally friendly products, as well as a specialist deep clean that features a host of extras, such as a laundry service and the cleaning of the garage and car. Services such as garden landscaping and decorating can also be arranged on request.

In addition, Octavian will be putting its security credentials to good use by providing a fully insured, secure key holding option, which offers clients a great degree of flexibility as to when their home is cleaned - whether they are there or not.
