National supply chain specialist Nightfreight has expanded its
national network of depots with a new state of the art location in
Llanelli Gate, South Wales.
Having outgrown its previous space, the 15,000 sq ft site will
be used to facilitate an on-going integrated supply chain contract
with leading global provider of office supplies and services Office
Depot.
It will provide the extra capacity to accommodate Nightfreight's
additional dedicated drivers and six strong fleet servicing its
nationwide, five day operations with Office Depot.
Nightfreight is responsible for delivering over 190,000 parcels
to both B2B and online customers every month on behalf of Office
Depot. It currently holds five contracts covering South Wales,
Leeds, Devon, Norwich and the West Midlands region.
Chief executive officer of Nightfreight Ian Smith says the
expansion will support future growth for both Nightfreight and
Office Depot.
