National contractor Shepherd Construction has made a senior
appointment to its Birmingham office.
Robert Tudge has joined the company as Commercial Manager.
Robert has 37 years' experience in construction, particularly
within work winning. Prior to joining Shepherd he was part of the
bid management team for Volkerfitzpatrick where he played a key
role in the fit-out of a one million sq ft distribution facility
for a major retailer.
Peter Millett, managing director for Shepherd Construction's
West Division commented: "We are delighted to welcome Robert to the
team. He is a highly capable and skilled manager who will bring the
right experience to the division as we continue to expand and win
more projects."
In the West Midlands, Shepherd Construction is currently on-site
building the £66 million new Bournville College at Longbridge
in Birmingham and a £14.9 million new leisure centre at
Bilston, Wolverhampton.
