A landmark office building in Nottingham city centre has been
given a new name.
Rodney House will now be known as Archer House. The name change
follows news that part of the six storey, multi-let office building
will undergo a refurbishment programme.
Archer House, which is being jointly marketed by the Nottingham
office of DTZ and Innes England, will be given a makeover to
transform its reception and entrance area.
Constructed in the 1970s, Archer House offers refurbished and
non-refurbished office suites ranging from 748 sq ft to 3,638 sq
ft. Centrally located, the building fronts both Castle Gate and
Hounds Gate and is two minutes from Nottingham's retail centre and
ten minutes from the train station.
Helen Longstaffe, Director of business space at DTZ in
Nottingham, commented: "Rodney House is a well-known building in
Nottingham's commercial district. We anticipate the refurbishment
works and the name change to Archer House will to give the building
a new lease of life and attract occupiers looking for flexible
space on highly competitive terms."
Other occupiers at the building include, Pearson Plc and
Macildowie & Associates Recruitment Consultants.
