Global real estate service firm, DTZ has made four new
appointments to its Birmingham office.
Andy Knight joins the corporate real estate management team as
Head of Finance, Andy Woodall also joins the team as Surveyor, Joe
Williams joins the residential consulting team as Graduate Surveyor
and John Dony joins as Regional Facilities Manager in the asset
management team.
Andy Knight brings 17 years of finance experience and joins DTZ
from Waterdale Associates in Birmingham where he was Finance
Director. He has previously worked at Nestor Healthcare Plc, West
Ham United Plc and Marks & Spencer Plc in various finance
roles.
Andy will be responsible for managing a team of client
accountants and overseeing the delivery of treasury and financial
reporting services to clients. He will also work closely with the
corporate real estate management team to drive growth and quality
performance across the business unit.
Andy Woodall also joins the corporate real estate management
team from Birmingham Property Services where he worked as a
Management Surveyor on Birmingham City Council's commercial
property portfolio. In his new role Andy will be providing
management services to public sector clients including the Home
Office.
Joe Williams joins the residential consulting team from Cartus
Relocation in London. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University,
Joe also spent 12 months working for a property management firm in
the Bronx, New York prior joining DTZ. His role will involve a
combination of property disposals work, viability assessments and
residential consultancy services.
Joining DTZ as Regional Facilities Manager, John Dony's key
responsibilities include, developing cross-selling opportunities,
streamlining work processes, reviewing contractor management and
promoting the work of the facilities management team. He joins DTZ
from CBRE in Bristol and brings 15 years experience in the
facilities management field.
