Ben Wisher, associate director at Derby-based commercial
property and regeneration specialists, Rigby & Co, has been
awarded the status of Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered
Surveyors (MRICS).
Ben (25), joined Rigby & Co in 2007 as a graduate property
surveyor and was promoted to the position of associate director in
2010. He has now successfully completed his Assessment of
Professional Competence (APC) and becomes a fully qualified
chartered surveyor.
Ben has experience in all aspects of commercial property, as
well as a wide understanding of planning and regeneration projects.
His particular expertise lies in the Derby and Derbyshire area,
including freehold and rental values in all commercial sectors.
MRICS status will enable him to develop the firm's range of
property services and accelerate the speed at which Rigby & Co
will be able to offer an extended range of professional services to
its clients.
Commenting on qualifying as a chartered surveyor, Ben said:
"MRICS status will enable me to play a greater role in the
development of the firm. We are currently working on a number of
exciting projects and I am delighted to be a part of such a dynamic
firm, which is changing the face of the local commercial property
market."
