A leading corporate finance specialist has joined the Birmingham
office of Mazars.
Nick Johnson becomes a partner in the corporate finance
team.
Mr Johnson has extensive experience of the corporate finance
market developed over 20 years in the sector covering acquisitions,
disposals, buyouts, capital raising and restructuring.
He led the corporate finance arm of Deloitte in the Midlands for
several years and most recently has been running a boutique
advisory business, Atticus, providing hands on advice to private
companies, entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them to
create and realise value.
Mr Johnson said: "Atticus has been a success on many levels and
great fun but Mazars provides a fantastic platform in the UK and
overseas to maximise opportunities.
"I am impressed by Mazars development in the Midlands and the
strength of their integrated international partnership. I was
greatly attracted to their culture and values.
"I am looking forward to building on what I achieved with
Atticus and helping Mazars to achieve their corporate finance
potential in the UK and overseas."

Mr Johnson is a graduate of Leeds University where he gained a
First in chemical engineering.
He is married with four children and lives in Edgbaston.
