Innes England has welcomed new graduate surveyor Laura
Kwiecinski to the firm's professional department.
Laura joins the Nottingham estate agent from Shepherds Chartered
Surveyors where she gained experience in residential and commercial
valuation. With a degree in sociology from the University of
Nottingham and an MA (distinction) in property and building
surveying, Laura is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in
the field.
She said: "I'm very excited to join the professional department
at Innes England. This will enable me to gain further valuation
experience and become involved with landlord and tenant work.
"I enrolled on the Commercial Property Practice APC pathway in
March 2009 after realising that this area of practice really
interested me. This new opportunity will provide me with the
breadth of training necessary to complete the APC and achieve the
RICS qualification and chartered status."
Robert Hartley, managing director of Innes England, said: "We're
delighted to have Laura as part of our team. We pride ourselves in
recognising the true value of our people and are constantly looking
to develop our teams and source new talent. I'm sure Laura will be
a great asset to our professional department."
Reaffirming its commitment to nurture young talent, Innes
England has also announced it will take on its first ever
apprentice who will be given a two-year office junior role. Robert
added: "The successful candidate will have the benefit of working
in a professional environment and get to try a little of
everything. Who knows, they may even be inspired to become a future
surveyor. It's really up to them."
