King Sturge boosts ratings division

King Sturge has made its third appointment in recent few weeks with industry expert, David Pugh reinforcing the existing and well established ratings team. 

Well known in the Birmingham market place, David joins as ratings partner and brings 30 years experience of working in the city and the Greater Midlands area. 

He has particular expertise in trade related properties including the leisure, retail, industrial and office markets.

Ian Cornock partner in charge at King Sturge says, "David brings an invaluable depth of knowledge and maturity to the team, complimenting its existing skills and creating opportunities for growth."

David's appointment also heralds the start of King Sturge centralising and expanding this successful division and creating a new hub in Birmingham to service the Central region.

"My role at King Sturge will be another exciting new chapter in my career development," says David. "The company's name offers the reputation and strength to successfully move forward and progress the development of their business, working alongside the many specialist teams at King Sturge."

David has held many senior roles over his 30 year history in Birmingham as a director of Aitchison Raffety and working as a subsidiary director at Lloyds TSB (Property Services) and Equity Partner at Bright Willis.
