Global real estate services firm, DTZ has been instructed to
find an investor to acquire an office building on a popular
Worcestershire business park.
The freehold interest in 1 The Courtyard, Buntsford Gate
Business Park in Bromsgrove is being marketed by the Birmingham
office of DTZ on behalf of real estate fund managers, PRUPIM.
The building comprises 8,514 sq ft of modern detached office
space which is currently let to Walter GB Limited with five years
unexpired on its lease.
