Warwick-based IM Properties has appointed Adrian Clarke to the position of Finance Director.

Adrian (37) joins IM Properties from Baker Tilly's Real Estate and Construction team which he lead across the southern region.  His experience in the property sector alongside a financial pedigree that includes over ten years with BDO Stoy Hayward makes Adrian a strong asset to the growing IM Properties team.

Adrian's role encompasses both overseeing IM Properties financial functioning alongside consolidating his role with Group Treasury Director Mike Adams who retires at the end of 2011.

Adrian trained and qualified as an accountant with Moores Rowland London office before joining BDO Stoy Hayward in 1999 as part of the merger of the two firms. Adrian's experience encompasses a wide range of clients from Listed companies and large international groups to entrepreneurial owner managed businesses across a variety of sectors.  

For the past eight years Adrian has focussed on the real estate and construction sector working with a broad range of clients from national house builders to regional investment companies.
