Property agent heb is looking to bring a major employer to
Nottingham to take up a fully fitted call centre facility in the
city.
Heb is offering 1 Central Park, an office and call centre
building, and 2 Central Park, a fully fitted modern call centre
building, in Lenton Lane.
"Our instructions in this instance brings to these bespoke and
rather unique opportunities to the market. The buildings could
offer a major opportunity for a firm looking to move into premises
which are immediately ready for use," said Rob Maxey of heb.
"Because these modern facilities are already fitted out to a
high standard and with call centre installations, there is a big
cost saving for any prospective company moving in.
"As a local firm, we have a vested interest in the success of
Nottingham as a whole and accordingly are hugely motivated to
perform in this instance, to hopefully bring significant number of
new jobs to the city. Having previously assisted in bringing 400
jobs to the city with Specsavers, it would be lovely to think that
we can repeat something similar in this instance."
The properties are being offered on behalf of the Tech Guy's
parent company Dixons Retail plc. Both buildings are in the process
of being vacated by the Tech Guys following the recent announcement
that Nottingham facility would merge with their existing Sheffield
base. The two adjacent buildings offer two fully fitted call centre
facilities with extensive on site parking immediately adjacent to
the ring road."
1 Central Park, measuring 11,300 sq ft, is suitable for ongoing
office occupation, but would also lend itself to office, lab,
workshop or storage hybrid type of use, Robert added.
"I fully expect it will generate strong interest, particularly
as it is an extremely rare opportunity to buy in the Lenton Lane
area. The site extends to nearly one acre," he said.
