A growing network of veterinary practices has set its sight on
delivering high quality services to pet owners in the centre of
Birmingham after signing up to the new Hagley Road Retail Park.
Vets4Pets, which already has eight practices across the West
Midlands, have taken a 2,020 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease, which
will provide the company with excellent, modern facilities.
The £multi-million former Co-op Dairy site was purchased
last year by commercial property company, Hortons' Estate, in
partnership with Trebor Developments.
Upon completion in May, Hagley Road Retail Park will comprise of
five newly built units, with lease agreements already confirmed
with the Co-Operative Group Ltd and American Golf Discount Centre
Ltd.
Situated in a prominent roadside position, the development is
ideally located with easy access to all of the region's major road
networks.
Vets4Pets has practices across the UK and delivers the very best
in pet care through joint-venture partnerships with its veterinary
surgeons. The move to open a new practice is part of its
strategy to delivers its services in key demographic areas.
