A law firm has strengthened its service offering by bolstering
its team in a number of its key core disciplines.
Freeth Cartwright, based in the Colton Square, Leicester has
appointed four new staff in a range of disciplines to cope with
growing demand and build for the future growth of the company.
Phil Pepper, Fiona Powell, Sam Pancholi and Nicola Burrows will
all now work in a variety of roles to enhance the firm's legal
offering. The appointments are part of an ongoing investment and
commitment by the firm to recruit high calibre team members to
manage an increasing client base.
Julian Middleton, managing partner at Freeth Cartwright in
Leicester, said: "I am delighted to announce these four key
appointments as we look forward towards the long-term growth of
Freeth Cartwright. All four offer a good mixture of experience and
skills to the existing teams.

professionals by growing their experience and skills."
The moves will see Phil Pepper and Sam Pancholi become senior
associates. Phil joins the firm from Weightmans where has worked
since 2005. The 43-year-old is an employment law specialist with a
strong background in dealing with discrimination, advocacy, TUPE
and industrial relations.
Sam will be given more responsibility of raising the profile of
the real estate team and marketing its services in Leicestershire.
The 34-year-old joins the firm having spent 10 years working at HBJ
Gateley Wareing and has real estate finance and investment property
experience.
Fiona Powell has joined the employment team as a solicitor after
four years in the London office of law firm Bevan Brittan where she
trained and qualified in the employment department. Her new job
role will see her advise on and manage all aspects of employment
tribunal litigation.
She said: "It's a fantastic opportunity and I'm thrilled to have
joined the established employment department here at Freeth
Cartwright."
Nicola Burrows is joining as a paralegal in the clinical
negligence department and will start her training contract with the
firm in September in the discipline.
