The Birmingham office of global real estate services firm, DTZ
together with joint agents, Calders in association with Burley
Browne, has been appointed to market a 106,480 sq ft industrial
warehouse in Tamworth.
TriPark One is located on Lichfield Road Industrial Estate and
includes a large secure yard.
Acting on behalf of London & County, the joint agents are
looking for an occupier or a purchaser for the unit which is
available in its entirety or available split to incorporate five
trade counter units.
