Chalcroft Construction's Adrian Wintrip has successfully
achieved recognition under the Considerate Constructors Scheme for
the work he has undertaken while managing a site in Swansea.
Adrian has been site manager on a project that will see
Chalcroft construct a new warehouse for Macmillan Distribution.
Work to complete the new 5,600m² high bay warehouse
includes the demolition of an existing unit, installation of new
concrete piles, ground beams, pile caps, suspended floor slab,
steel work, cladding, sprinklers, heating system and electrical
works.
Operations director Scot Wilson said: "Adrian's commitment to
maintaining high standards of professionalism, and to going beyond
statutory requirements, has been recognised by the scheme.
"It's a scheme that Chalcroft is very pleased to be associated
with, particularly as it highlights a level of consideration to the
workforce, the environment and site neighbours."
