A local business centre has been singled out for two prestigious
accolades at the recent Mayor of Shrewsbury's Awards, picking up
both a Gold Award and the overall Business Achievement Award.
Battlefield-based Evans Easyspace was one of just three local
businesses to be honoured with the Gold Award, and the only one to
walk away with the top trophy. Centre Manager Vicky Barnes
explained: "We were really excited to be nominated, and absolutely
thrilled to receive the overall Business Achievement trophy as well
as the Gold Award. Both are proudly on display in Reception at the
Rural Enterprise Centre."
Providing flexible office space for businesses from across
Shropshire, The Rural Enterprise Centre is home to over 35 diverse
companies, and 150 people. Singled out by the Mayor for their
investment in the town, owners Evans Easyspace were praised for
encouraging and supporting business growth in the region.
"We're rightly proud of our purpose-designed building and the
light and airy offices which have been created" Vicky added. "And
we have a range of other flexible facilities available for use by
the wider business community, including co-working facilities and a
variety of meeting and training rooms available for hire. There are
also a small number of workshops currently available to let, so
anyone who is interested in coming to have a look at our facilities
is welcome to give me a call on 01743 453120 or to email
vickybarnes@evanseasyspace.com" she concluded.
