Lincolnshire , which sold in the room at £30,000, whilst
Fairfield, a detached house situated on the fringe of Lowdham and
set within a mature two acre plot, sold at £468,000, with the
adjoining land of some eight acres realising £80,500.

The pick of the smaller residential opportunities were led by a
semi detached property in Sherwood Street , Annesley Woodhouse
which sold for £43,000. Acacia Crescent in Carlton
again represented an upgrading opportunity and also sold in the
room for £65,000.
Bob Crocker from Savills Nottingham comments: "From the outset
of 2011 our auctions have witnessed a strong level of interest.
Both buyers and sellers are achieving and acquiring opportunities
at a continued good value. Savills next auction will take
place on 30th June 2011 and a number of lots are already listed.
These include a semi detached property in the sought after suburb
of West Bridgford."
