A new website has been officially launched by packaging design
consultancy We Are Pure, as the company continues to work with some
of the country's biggest brands.
The new site has been created to act as a showcase for We Are
Pure's innovative designs for the likes of Cadbury, Trevor Sorbie,
Speedo and Blockbuster.
Split into three simple sections, www.wearepure.net clearly
demonstrates the Nottingham consultancy's capabilities when it
comes to brand refresh and brand development. It also offers advice
on brand creation, using We Are Pure's own confectionery line, My
World, as a case study.
"We are all about creating stunning visuals for our clients,"
commented David Rogers, owner and creative partner of We Are Pure.
"It therefore made sense to let our work be the hero and we took
the decision to make the images 50 per cent bigger than they had
been on the previous site.
"We didn't want fluff and we didn't want gimmicks, we wanted it
to be all about design. We've included a drop down 'read all about
it' section to compliment each design, but again, we've kept the
copy simple, as there's nothing worse than information
overload!"
Another key feature of the new site is the Cutting Room section,
which gives visitors the chance to see some big brand designs that
never quite made it onto the shelves.
"We like to give our clients a range of options," added David.
"This means that some are never taken further than the design stage
and don't get to see the light of day again. So, we thought it
would be fun to give people the chance to see how things might have
been for the likes of Fox's, Focus and Chatsworth House, had they
chosen one of our other ideas."
