Following a successful 18 months, Head of Residential Agency Stuart Flint has been promoted to Equity Partner at leading estate agent and chartered surveyors Fisher German.

Stuart joined the firm as partner from Knight Frank and despite the turbulent market conditions has successfully developed the firm's agency business, delivering significant growth for the sale of estates and country homes.

In the past year alone Stuart has dealt with a number of high profile estate sales, as well as completely overhauling Fisher German's property agency sector. He oversees 9 offices operating nationwide and is tasked with expanding the operation, gaining further national reach and exposure.

Henry Sale, managing partner at Fisher German comments, "I am delighted to announce Stuart's promotion to Equity Partner. Despite a difficult market and economic uncertainty, Stuart has managed to successfully grow and improve sales within the Property Agency sector".

Sharing a similar sentiment Stuart comments "It has been a whirlwind 18 months. We have had to adapt to the market that we are in but have been able to capitalise on our geographic spread and long established profile. In the past year alone we have gained a new property agency office in Retford and another two in Worcester and Bromsgrove. We have developed a first class team of surveyors and property professionals that are able to assist in all aspects of property sales. To be expanding successfully in the present market is very rewarding".

The promotion, effective from 1st April 2011, was part of a wide range of promotions at Fisher German who promoted 20 other people within the firm. 6 surveyors were promoted to Fixed Share Partners, 3 to Local Partner and 11 to Associate level.
