Stoford’s development success

Stoford Developments stunning Severn Trent Centre in Coventry has been shortlisted for two prestigious property awards.

It is a contender in the sustainability category of the 2011 RICS Awards and the Midlands and East Anglia regional finals of the British Council for Offices annual awards which recognise top quality design and excellence in the workplace.

Stoford's £1.85million refurbishment of Birmingham's landmark Stock Exchange in Great Charles Street has also been shortlisted by the BCO.

Dave Brown, Director of Stoford said: "They are both outstanding buildings and we are thrilled to have been nominated."

The RICS finals will be held at Kew Gardens on 11th May and winners of the BCO regional awards in Birmingham Town Hall on 26th May will go forward to the national finals in October.
