Proactive PR, the UK-based international multimedia PR
consultancy based at Racecourse Road in Southwell, are celebrating
their 1st birthday after a successful year which has seen it become
the fastest growing PR agency in the East Midlands.
The company has a strong technology focus, backed by expertise
in new media techniques, particularly television services, and has
continued to win clients all over the world from its launch day
onwards, including small local businesses and international
organisations.
Proactive PR was established by former Southwell resident and
Marconi PR Director Brian Dolby in April 2010.
"It's a very proud day for me and the team. When I think that we
are already one of the largest PR consultancies in the East
Midlands and we have great clients from the West Coast of the
United States to Singapore and Australia, it makes you realise what
we have established in just 12 months," he said.
"We are also determined to offer careers to local people and we
have made real efforts to hire either young people looking for
their first opportunity or to help people develop second careers
and return to work. PR can be very challenging and it takes a
special kind of person to do it, but it is incredibly rewarding and
every day is different."
As well as its headquarters in Southwell, Proactive PR has
developed television studios at Horsham in West Sussex and has an
international network of partners and PR consultants. It can
operate in more than 100 countries.
