A Shropshire firm of property law experts is continuing its
recent growth and expansion by getting set to move into larger new
premises.
Much Wenlock-based Fodens Solicitors is putting the final
touches to an exciting conversion of one of the town's most
recognisable buildings, ahead of its official move into the new
office later this month.
The company, which specialises in property-related legal
matters, acquired the old HSBC Bank on High Street last year, and
has carried out an eye-catching programme of sympathetic
renovations to the building. At roughly 1,100 sq ft, the site is
considerably larger than the firm's previous base - also on Much
Wenlock High Street - and incorporates space for a number of
offices and meeting rooms.
"The building is beautiful. As well as the high ceilings and a
wealth of original features, it also has lots of room for future
expansion," Stephen Foden, Founding Partner and Director of Fodens
Solicitors, said. "We have had a very successful past few months,
with Kelly Davies coming on board as a Director last July and
helping us to significantly grow the residential property side of
the business, and this move to larger, more practical premises is
another step in the right direction."
"We can't wait to officially move in to the building in the next
few weeks, and we're already planning a moving in party, where
we'll be able to show our clients around and welcome them to our
new facilities," Stephen Foden added.
Formed in 1999, Fodens Solicitors provides advice in all areas
of law where "property matters", including residential and
commercial property sales and purchase, building construction
disputes and advice, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, and
contested probate claims.
